Returns/Exchanges

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

At this point in time, all sales are final and we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds. 

Digital goods or purchases that include a digital attachment are not eligible for refunds and are final sale. 

If you have any questions about your order once received, please email us at hello@alignandrefine.co within 7 days of your package being marked "delivered" so we may work with you to address your concerns.

 

What happens if my item(s) arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrived damaged or an item is defective, please reach out to us at hello@alignandrefine.co as soon as possible. To expedite your correspondence, please provide your order number and pictures of any damages or defects and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor as soon as they are placed. As a result we cannot cancel your order after it is placed. If you need to change your shipment details please send us an email hello@alignandrefine.co as soon as responsible to see if we can accommodate your request.

Please carefully review your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrectly entered address.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All shipments to U.S. addresses are sent via First Class and Priority Mail. Deliveries to US addresses should arrive within approximately 1-3 business days after being processed and shipped. If you have questions about your order, please send us an email at hello@alignandrefine.co.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time shipping is only available in the United States and Canada. Please check back soon and sign up for email notifications as we plan to offer expanded shipping options in the near future.

When will my pre-order ship?

Take note of the expected shipping date for your items. We will do our very best to ship items on or before the listed expected shipping dates, however, please note that these timelines are estimates and may change.

If your order contains pre-order products and products that are available to ship now, your items will be bundled in a single shipment, at the time that pre-order is ready to ship. If you need some items sooner, we recommend you place separate orders.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Can I buy your products in bulk?

Digital Purchase

How will I receive my digital purchase?

You will receive a link to download your digital purchase via email.

How do I print my digital product? 

Please view our instructions for printing digital goods here.

Discounts/Promotions

Can you refund me the difference if I missed a promotion?

No. We cannot honor any discounts or refunds if you miss a promotion.
